Some of our tenants:

Holzweiler

Holzweiler is a Norwegian clothing brand founded by siblings Andreas and Susanne Holzweiler in 2012, which has since become renowned for its unique combination of Scandinavian minimalism and innovative design elements.

Team Holzweiler, with Andreas, Susanne, and Maria, had big ambitions for the venue at Bispevika when they aimed to establish their concept store in Oslo. The team also featured the interior architecture firm Snøhetta. Excellent cooperation between the tenant, architect, and building owner was decisive in creating one of Oslo’s most unique shop locations. Today, the brand is sold in over 200 shops, as well as in their own eight stores. Holzweiler Platz can be found at Operagata 61D, in Oslobukta.

Hammerhai

Hammerhai is a café, bar, and club that opened in Oslobukta in Marhc 2022. Here, you can find a unique interior, sea, sun, and Southern Norwegian charm at its best. A spot with good drinks for good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. Misgina had big dreams for the venue at Vannkunsten, and we’re glad we decided to dream with him.

We’re proud of the offering Misgina Ghebremskel has succeeded in establishing with his concept, Hammerhai. He has been a strong contributor in building a vibrant city life in Bispevika. Why pick only one style, one type, one taste? In 2022, Posthallen opened Drinkhub, with ten bars under the same roof at Posthallen. The historical building at Kvadraturen, which previously served as our national post office, is now open to the public with some of the country’s best bar concepts and industry talents gathered in one spot.
En herlig miks av mat og merch
Michael Ray Vera Cruz Angeles opened his dream bodega on a corner in Oslobukta — just next to the Oslo Fjord. You can constantly see new sandwiches, fries, and chicken wings on the menu, all in the true American style.
En kaffeinstitusjon i Oslo
This is where to get what might be the best coffee in the city at the coffee bar, as well as a micro roastery and a training centre for baristas. The spot is run by Tim Wendelboe, a world-champion barista artist. It comes as no surprise that the New York Times Magazine says, "Tim Wendelboe feels like a neighbourhood shop, but it's run like a Michelin-starred restaurant".

Massage and courses are provided by well-trained, friendly, and passionate therapists.
En moderne og intim vinbar
The spot is run by byOSLO Group, which has multiple venues and banquet facilities in Oslo, as well as a great deal of experience in taking over premises with a lot of history in their walls, just like the premises at Frognerveien 2. Among other spots, they run BA3 at the venue that previously housed the Hellstrøm restaurant Bagatelle.
Oslobukta's techtilbud og 24t pick-up point
Elkjøp Phonehouse is familiar to most people, with mobile phones, portable speakers, as well as accessories and services surrounding these.
