Partners in real estate

At Carucel, we’re open to different types of cooperation, including partial ownership. Carucel operates and develops select properties in cooperation with other Norwegian and international real estate companies. One of our biggest partners is the American company Madison International Realty (Madison). By working in close cooperation with skilled and reliable partners over time, we operate more efficiently, identify more opportunities, and yield greater results.

Madison

Madison International Realty (Madison) was founded in 2002 and is a leading international real estate investment platform with offices in New York, Los Angeles, London, Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Amsterdam.
Carucel has a close relationship with Madison from several years of cooperation on joint projects such as the development of the Oslobukta street level, and later, the housing venture Carucel Living.
